In 2007, 808 Cheesecake, also known as Island Creations LLC, as established due to one couple discovering a craving for passionfruit. While tasting a passionfruit milkshake at a 50s themed diner, the couple decided to try and incorporate the fruit into other treats.
What started out as random baking ideas, such as passionfruit cookies and poundcakes, turned into a business model. When the passionfruit cheesecake spark came to the American Airlines manager, she revised her recipe until she made the best passionfruit mousse cheesecake. Spending 2013 to 2015 entering competitions to determine if their creations were actually that good, in May 2015 the couple decided to spend their time following their cheesecake passion. During January 2018, 808CheesecakeHawaii moved into Kona Joe’s Coffee Farm. In November 2019, 808CheesecakeJanesville was open for business.

Mocha Moment is not only a coffee house, but a roastery, bakery, and a creamery. Mocha Moment proudly has no telephone at their shop to allow for peace and quiet for their customers, which means you can find their email to contact them on their website’s homepage.
Mocha Moment is open to cater for wedding receptions, reunions, parties, and showers. Mocha Moment’s hosts an open mic every first and third Wednesday of the month from five to seven o’clock at night. Musicians of all calibers sign up for a fifteen-minute slot, with a maximum of eight slots.
Additionally, Mocha Moment owners and employees will choose a cause to stand behind and host a benefit. Contrary to most benefits, instead of donating any profit, mocha moment generously gives one hundred percent of gross sales per customer to their desired cause.
Most recently, Mocha Moment had a benefit for the Rock Trail Coalition on the morning of April 11 from eight to eleven-thirty. Keeping record from 2003, Mocha Moment has raised $119,699 for a number of different causes over the last eight years.
